An SAP Workstream Lead manages the delivery of a specific SAP workstream, making sure the assigned module, process area or technical stream is planned, governed and delivered in line with programme objectives.

The role is commonly used across SAP S/4HANA, ECC, RISE with SAP and large transformation programmes where each functional, technical, data, test or change area needs clear ownership and controlled delivery.

• Leading a specific SAP module, process area or delivery stream
• Coordinating workstream scope, plans, decisions, risks and dependencies
• Supporting SAP S/4HANA, ECC, RISE with SAP or rollout programmes
• Turning functional, technical or process decisions into clear delivery activity
• Improving workstream governance, status reporting and stakeholder confidence

• Lead end-to-end delivery of an assigned SAP workstream or module
• Translate functional, technical and solution design decisions into clear workstream plans
• Coordinate consultants, business users, process owners, architects and delivery partners
• Track workstream scope, milestones, risks, issues, actions, decisions and dependencies
• Run workstream governance, delivery cadence, reporting and escalation forums
• Support SAP Activate phases from design and build through test, cutover and deployment
• Remove delivery blockers and keep the workstream aligned to wider programme outcomes

• SAP workstream leadership experience
• SAP S/4HANA, ECC or RISE with SAP implementation understanding
• Strong planning, governance and RAID management
• Functional, technical or process-area SAP knowledge relevant to the workstream
• Stakeholder, supplier and delivery team coordination
• Clear communication across business and technical SAP teams
