- Track data risks, quality issues, dependencies, blockers, load defects, reconciliation gaps and business approvals
- Help programme leaders make informed decisions on data readiness, migration risk and go-live confidence
Key skills to look for
- SAP data migration leadership experience
- Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA, ECC, migration objects and end-to-end business data flows
- Knowledge of data mapping, cleansing, transformation, validation, reconciliation, mock loads and cutover loads
- Experience with SAP Migration Cockpit, SAP Data Services, BODS, MDG or HANA where relevant
- Ability to work with data owners, functional consultants, technical teams, testers and business stakeholders
