An SAP Test Analyst supports SAP test preparation and execution, working with test leads, functional consultants, business testers, technical teams, defect managers and implementation partners.
The role is commonly used across SAP S/4HANA, ECC, RISE with SAP, rollout and transformation programmes where employers need accurate test cases, clear evidence, controlled defects and reliable testing support before go-live.

- Preparing and executing SAP test cases for implementation, migration, rollout, upgrade or optimisation programmes
- Supporting SIT, UAT, regression, integration, retesting and business process testing

- Create and maintain SAP test cases, scripts, test data notes, execution records and evidence packs
- Execute SIT, UAT, regression, integration and end-to-end business process tests where required
- Log defects clearly with steps to reproduce, evidence, expected results, actual results and business impact
- Work with test leads, functional consultants, business users, technical teams and implementation partners
- Support defect triage, retesting, test progress reporting, readiness checks and sign-off activity
- Use SAP Cloud ALM, Solution Manager, Tricentis or other test management tools where relevant
- Help maintain clear testing evidence through build, integration, UAT, cutover and go-live preparation
Key skills to look for
- SAP test analysis experience
- Understanding of SAP S/4HANA, ECC, SAP Activate and end-to-end business process testing
- Knowledge of test case preparation, test execution, defect logging, evidence capture and retesting
- Experience with SAP Cloud ALM, Solution Manager, Tricentis or test management tools where relevant
- Ability to work with business testers, functional teams, technical teams, test leads and suppliers
- Clear judgement on test quality, defect clarity, evidence accuracy and practical delivery
