An SAP Rollout Lead coordinates the deployment of SAP processes, templates or system changes into new sites, countries, regions or business units.

The role is commonly used on SAP S/4HANA, ECC, RISE with SAP and global template programmes where local requirements, business readiness, testing, cutover and adoption need clear leadership.

• Rolling out SAP S/4HANA, ECC or RISE with SAP across sites, countries or regions
• Deploying a global or regional SAP template into local business units
• Coordinating local fit-gap, readiness, testing, training and adoption activity
• Managing rollout dependencies across process, data, change, cutover and support teams
• Reducing go-live risk by giving each deployment wave clear ownership and control

• Lead SAP rollout planning, governance and deployment activity across assigned sites or waves
• Coordinate business users, process owners, SAP consultants, data teams, change teams and delivery partners
• Manage local fit-gap inputs, template adoption, readiness tracking and rollout risks
• Support SAP Activate phases from preparation and explore through deployment and run
• Track rollout scope, milestones, dependencies, actions, decisions and issue resolution
• Prepare local teams for testing, training, cutover, go-live and hypercare
• Protect template consistency while allowing for genuine legal, tax or operational requirements
