The role is commonly used across SAP S/4HANA Finance, ECC, finance transformation, rollout and BAU support environments where employers need strong CO knowledge, fit-gap control, testing support and practical controlling process understanding.

- Run fit-gap workshops, design reviews, process walkthroughs and controlling testing activity
- Write functional specifications for reports, interfaces, enhancements, forms or workflows where needed
- Resolve defects, support integration testing, UAT, cutover, go-live and hypercare activity
- Help transition SAP CO changes into BAU with clear documentation and user guidance
Key skills to look for
- SAP CO consulting experience
- Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA Finance, SAP ECC CO and management accounting processes
- Configuration experience across cost centres, profit centres, internal orders, product costing and CO-PA
- Fit-gap, testing, defect resolution and functional specification experience
- Ability to work with finance users, operational teams, data teams and implementation partners
- Clear judgement on standard SAP, controlling design, usability and long-term supportability
