The role is commonly used across SAP S/4HANA, ECC, RISE with SAP, rollout and transformation programmes where employers need focused change delivery, clear readiness tracking, practical engagement and better adoption across affected teams.

  • Help business teams move through design, testing, cutover, go-live, hypercare and steady-state transition

Key skills to look for

  • SAP change leadership experience
  • Strong understanding of SAP transformation, business process change and user adoption
  • Knowledge of impact assessment, stakeholder engagement, communications, readiness and training alignment
  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA, ECC, SAP Activate, rollout or business transformation programmes
  • Ability to work with programme teams, process owners, change managers, training teams and end users
