- Track assurance findings, risks, actions, dependencies, evidence quality and agreed remediation activity
- Support go-live confidence reviews, steering updates, readiness checkpoints and post-go-live adoption reviews
- Help programme leaders make better decisions on change risk, adoption confidence and business preparedness
Key skills to look for
- SAP change assurance experience
- Strong understanding of SAP transformation, organisational change management and business readiness
- Knowledge of impact assessment, stakeholder engagement, communications, training alignment and adoption risk
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA, ECC, SAP Activate, rollout or business transformation programmes
- Ability to challenge senior stakeholders, change teams, programme governance and implementation partners constructively
- Clear judgement on readiness evidence, adoption confidence, business risk and practical delivery quality
