  • Prepare practical updates, dashboards, packs, meeting notes and evidence for programme governance
  • Help keep change activity accurate, visible and useful through testing, cutover, go-live, hypercare and steady-state transition

Key skills to look for

  • SAP change analysis experience
  • Understanding of SAP transformation, business process change and user adoption
  • Knowledge of impact assessment, stakeholder mapping, readiness tracking, communications and training alignment
  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA, ECC, SAP Activate, rollout or business transformation programmes
