- Support SAP S/4HANA, ECC, HANA, RISE with SAP, Fiori and Solution Manager or Cloud ALM activity where relevant
- Manage upgrades, patches, kernel updates, system refreshes, client copies and environment readiness tasks
- Work with developers, functional consultants, security teams, infrastructure teams and SAP support partners
- Resolve technical incidents, performance issues, transport problems and environment-related defects
- Document operational procedures, support notes, change records and knowledge transfer material
Key skills to look for
- SAP Basis consulting experience
- Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA, ECC, SAP HANA and SAP system administration
- Knowledge of transports, monitoring, performance, upgrades, patching, jobs and system refreshes
- Experience with SAP Fiori, RISE with SAP, Solution Manager or SAP Cloud ALM where relevant
- Ability to work with infrastructure, security, development, functional and support teams
- Clear judgement on system stability, risk, change control, performance and long-term supportability
