- Work with functional consultants, process owners, test teams, change teams, data teams and implementation partners
- Analyse process impacts, system changes, reporting needs, data requirements, roles, controls and integration touchpoints
- Help investigate defects, clarify requirements, support UAT and maintain traceability between requirements and delivery outputs
- Prepare clear documentation that helps project teams make better decisions on scope, design, testing and readiness
Key skills to look for
- SAP business analysis experience
- Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA, ECC, SAP Activate and end-to-end business process change
- Knowledge of requirements capture, fit-to-standard, gap analysis, user stories, acceptance criteria and process mapping
- Experience with SAP Signavio, SAP Fiori, Cloud ALM, testing or change activity where relevant
- Ability to work with business users, process owners, functional consultants, test teams and implementation partners
- Clear judgement on requirement quality, scope control, process impact, business readiness and practical delivery
