- Investigate reporting issues, data problems, role impacts, integration failures, transaction behaviour and recurring support themes
- Help project and support teams make better decisions on SAP changes, fixes, priorities and readiness
Key skills to look for
- SAP systems analysis experience
- Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA, ECC, business processes and system support activity
- Knowledge of requirements capture, defect analysis, testing support, documentation and change impact assessment
- Experience with SAP Fiori, Cloud ALM, Solution Manager, integrations or reporting where relevant
- Ability to work with business users, functional consultants, technical teams, testers and support teams
- Clear judgement on issue priority, system impact, requirement quality, documentation accuracy and practical delivery
