  • Work with Basis consultants, infrastructure teams, security teams, developers and SAP support partners
  • Maintain operational documentation, support procedures, change records and knowledge transfer notes
  • Help keep SAP systems stable, available and ready for project, release and BAU activity

Key skills to look for

  • SAP system administration experience
  • Understanding of SAP S/4HANA, ECC, SAP Basis and SAP HANA operations
  • Knowledge of monitoring, jobs, transports, users, incidents and routine system support
  • Experience with SAP Cloud ALM, Solution Manager, Fiori or managed service environments where relevant
  • Ability to work with Basis, infrastructure, security, development and functional teams
  • Clear judgement on system stability, change control, incident response and long-term supportability
