- Work with Basis consultants, infrastructure teams, security teams, developers and SAP support partners
- Maintain operational documentation, support procedures, change records and knowledge transfer notes
- Help keep SAP systems stable, available and ready for project, release and BAU activity
Key skills to look for
- SAP system administration experience
- Understanding of SAP S/4HANA, ECC, SAP Basis and SAP HANA operations
- Knowledge of monitoring, jobs, transports, users, incidents and routine system support
- Experience with SAP Cloud ALM, Solution Manager, Fiori or managed service environments where relevant
- Ability to work with Basis, infrastructure, security, development and functional teams
- Clear judgement on system stability, change control, incident response and long-term supportability
