Key skills to look for
- SAP development leadership experience
- Strong understanding of SAP ABAP, SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC and SAP BTP development approaches
- Knowledge of reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, forms, workflows, Fiori or integrations
- Awareness of clean core, ABAP Cloud, upgrade-safe development and custom code remediation
- Ability to lead development teams and work with functional, architecture, Basis and testing teams
- Clear judgement on code quality, maintainability, performance, scalability and delivery risk
