- Track milestones, risks, issues, dependencies, blockers, budgets, forecasts, resources and escalation actions
- Support SAP Activate, SAP Cloud ALM, Solution Manager or wider project tooling where relevant
- Improve consistency of programme documentation, governance forums, reporting quality and delivery evidence
- Help programme leaders make informed decisions on delivery risk, priorities, dependencies and go-live readiness
Key skills to look for
- SAP PMO leadership experience
- Strong understanding of SAP transformation governance, programme controls and delivery reporting
- Knowledge of RAID, planning, financial tracking, resource coordination, change control and dependency management
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA, ECC, SAP Activate, Cloud ALM or large-scale ERP programmes
- Ability to work with senior stakeholders, project managers, workstream leads, finance teams and suppliers
- Clear judgement on delivery risk, governance quality, reporting accuracy and practical programme control
