  • Support SAP Activate, SAP Cloud ALM, Solution Manager or wider project tooling where relevant
  • Improve consistency of programme documentation, governance forums, reporting quality and delivery evidence
  • Help programme leaders make informed decisions on delivery risk, priorities, dependencies and go-live readiness

Key skills to look for

  • SAP PMO leadership experience
  • Strong understanding of SAP transformation governance, programme controls and delivery reporting
  • Knowledge of RAID, planning, financial tracking, resource coordination, change control and dependency management
  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA, ECC, SAP Activate, Cloud ALM or large-scale ERP programmes
  • Ability to work with senior stakeholders, project managers, workstream leads, finance teams and suppliers
  • Clear judgement on delivery risk, governance quality, reporting accuracy and practical programme control
