An SAP Value Stream Lead owns or coordinates a defined value stream across SAP-enabled business activity, helping teams understand how process, technology, data and people need to work together to deliver better outcomes.

The role is commonly used on SAP S/4HANA, ECC, RISE with SAP and process-led transformation where businesses want to improve end-to-end flow, reduce waste, support adoption and keep SAP change tied to measurable business value.

• Leading SAP-enabled improvement across an end-to-end value stream
• Preparing for SAP S/4HANA, ECC migration or RISE with SAP transformation
• Connecting process design, system change, data quality and adoption activity
• Improving flow across areas such as order to cash, procure to pay or plan to produce
• Reducing handoff issues, bottlenecks, manual work and poor ownership across SAP processes

• Lead SAP value stream activity across agreed business processes or operating areas
• Map end-to-end process flow, handoffs, bottlenecks, pain points and improvement opportunities
• Work with process owners, SAP functional consultants, architects, data teams and business users
• Align SAP design, process change, adoption activity and business value measures
• Support SAP S/4HANA, ECC, RISE with SAP or Signavio-led transformation and improvement work
• Track risks, decisions, dependencies, benefits and adoption issues across the value stream
• Help move improved SAP processes into stable BAU ownership and continuous improvement

• SAP value stream or process leadership experience
• Strong understanding of end-to-end SAP-enabled business processes
• SAP S/4HANA, ECC, RISE with SAP or SAP Signavio awareness
• Process flow, value stream mapping and improvement prioritisation
• Stakeholder management across business, process and SAP delivery teams
• Ability to connect SAP change with business value, adoption and operational performance
