- Work with training leads, trainers, change managers, super users, communications teams and implementation partners
- Create or improve courseware, quick reference guides, walkthroughs, learner clinics and post-go-live support content
- Capture learner feedback, confidence gaps, adoption risks, support themes and continuous improvement actions
- Help business teams move from initial awareness into confident everyday use of SAP
Key skills to look for
- SAP learning consulting experience
- Strong understanding of role-based SAP learning, learning needs analysis and user adoption
- Knowledge of SAP Enable Now, simulations, courseware, quizzes, quick reference guides and learner support
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA, ECC, Fiori or specific SAP modules where relevant
